Overview SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential. Responsibilities Vacuuming Mopping Bonneting Extraction (wet/dry) Strip & wax floor Carpet spot removal Transport equipment, tools and supplies Move furniture before/after clean Communicate changes, progress or problem areas Qualifications Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred A drug test will be required US Birth Certificate or US Passport required Shift (Days/Hours): Monday-Friday 5:00 PM- 1:30 AM Compensation: $17.00 per hour
