Painting company with full time and part time positions available starting immediately. Painting experience preferred, but not a must. We will make exceptions for fast learners. Must be comfortable working on ladders. What you will be doing: Learning a skilled trade by: - Prepping, taping, masking, and caulking surfaces. Painting or staining interior and exterior homes or buildings. - Often working from ladders, scaffold, and man lifts. - The majority of our work is focused towards re-painting exterior and interior homes. - Approximately 80% of our work is in the Ellensburg area and 20% in Cle Elum. Carpool options available. What you need to bring along: - A positive attitude and ability to get along with customers and co-workers. - An ability to learn new skills and provide input and ideas to help the company improve. - Reliable transportation and responsible attendance/punctuality. - Ability to work independently when needed, or as a team member (most often). - Previous experience, or be a fast learner who is mechanically inclined and possesses some related experience with ladders, tools, scaffolding, man lifts, drywall, framing, roofing, or other areas of construction... - Able to work comfortably from ladders and carry up to 50 lbs when necessary.
