Youth education farm position

Description

We are a 13 acre youth education farm - 2 acres in produce production, 5 in pastured animals, etc. Looking for an employee for either seasonal or long term work. Must have vegetable or animal production experience, be detail oriented and have good communication skills. This position works solo mostly, so the ability to follow calendars, lists and directions while contributing insightful and helpful suggestions to the team is essential. Bonus if you have additional skills, such as carpentry, mechanics and small-medium size equipment experience. Lastly, must be able to pass background checks and be able to work within the proximity of youth.
