Transport items from Minneapolis to Ann Arbor

Hello! I am moving from Minneapolis, MN to Ann Arbor, MI at the end of June. My moving company won’t transport plants and I am looking for someone who can use their vehicle to drive my house plants (which will fit in a large box in the back seat, a 55 inch TV, and the glass top of my coffee table (44x34 inches) to Michigan. I do not have a car and will be flying out from Minneapolis. I’m willing to pay for gas, food, and accommodation for one night.
