re-pipe 3 flat building

I have a three (3) flat with it's original galvanized steel pipes that needs to be re-piped. Each floor has a bathroom and a kitchen and additionally the hot water heater needs to be installed. The sizing is a 3/4 inch trunk line from the water main and 1/2 risers to all of the fixtures. PEX pipe is preferred. $4,000 cash. Text if interested.
