Job Description Responsible for daily maintenance and monitoring long-term care and repair of the buildings. Understands basic knowledge of boiler, heating, electrical, plumbing and other mechanical systems. Provide repair services for residential rooms at the request of Management. Must be on-call outside normal working hours in response to emergency conditions involving mechanical systems or other matters. This is a LIVE OUT super/ position but must live in Allentown. Flexible schedule/ Must have own transportation Communicative skills required. Responsive to calls and texts.
