Build Me a New Deck

I am looking for a deck builder that is licensed & insured that can help me demo an old deck, and build a new cedar or maybe composite deck in its place. It's possible it may be covered with a screen, so if you have experience building a covered deck that would be great. If you have your own crew or access to other carpenters that would be ideal, as this will be too big for a single handyman carpenter. We also want to make sure this job gets any all required permits, so preferably you will have experience with permits and the permitting process. Please include any pictures of recent deck work you have done.
