California Closets is currently seeking a helper/apprentice to work with our Installation Manager. This person will be assisting in the installation of closet organization systems. We need someone who is extremely detail orientated, able to follow strict procedures, able to read and understand drawings, and work independently. Additionally, there is some light manufacturing involved that requires the use of saws. Qualifications: * Experience working with power tools, saws, etc. Carpentry experience a plus. * Stable work history. * Able to read a tape measure. * Works well with managers and other employees. * Willingness to follow proven systems. * Must be physically fit and capable to lifting 75+ pounds regularly. * Team player. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check. *Clean DMV record w/current driver’s license.
