A locally owned cleaning service is looking for an experienced, responsible person with a car and own supplies to perform residential cleaning in the suburbs. Most of the jobs are move-in, move-out cleans or one time-deep cleans before a house is listed on the market (we do not do post-construction or commercial cleaning) - private homes only. It is an independent contractor job (1099). We require: a smartphone, a dependable car, a vacuum cleaner + cleaning supplies, and a bank account (for direct deposit payment). Flexible times, work solo, pay is PER JOB (usually $150-$200 or more per cleaning).
