Seeking a General Property Maintenance & Construction Worker for a Denver based HOA company. Looking for skilled General Property Maintenance & Construction Worker for everything from small easy fixes, to large scale repairs. You will need to have a good knowledge of construction skills, terminology, and have an excitement to learn new skills while working with a great team! This job would start out part time (25 hours/ week), with an assessment after 30-60 day to go full-time. Serious inquiries only please. Job Requirements - Moving all tools and equipment to the work site, and ensuring they are set up safely and properly. - Can lift up to 50 lbs. - Have a basic knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC. - A good knowledge of tools and power-tools, and how to operate them safely. - Good knowledge of construction, sites, and safety protocols. - Great at time management and communication. - Work well with the site supervisor and be willing to learn and be flexible. - Must be dependable, and have reliable transportation. - Have a great outgoing personality!
