Real estate investment company is looking for individuals who can help us all around the Denver Metro Area! We are looking for General Contractors. GCs - Will help assist our project mangers flip our homes. This includes kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, b interior reconfigurations, etc. However, we still would love to hear from people who can help us with Flooring (carpet, vinyl, tile, hardwood), HVAC, Plumbers, Painters, Sewer Scope, Sewer Repair, Draftsman, Handyman, Trash outs, etc. You MUST reply with a phone # so we can give you a call and discuss. This is a 1099 job, so must be able to invoice!
