WANTED Small Yardwork Assistance Mulching Tidying Light Landscaping

I'm an avid gardener, but my knees and back prevent me from maintaining a tidy yard. I need tidying, mulching and some light landscaping. If you're up for it, digging up some dead lawn to make new flower beds! I have a corner lot in Pine Creek, split into 3 small lawns, 2 terraced flower beds, a terraced (boring) landscape area (junipers etc.) and a xeriscape area. The one thing I have is a person who mows. You see why I need help! Suitable for teenagers etc. Pay is $12 an hour and a groovy tan.
