Need front yard mowed and back/side yard trimmed up with a weed eater, grass clippings bagged and taken. There's almost no grass in backyard, just need the weeds trimmed. Front yard is small, takes <10 minutes to mow. Only gas/electric powered mowers please (no manual push). This is for my rental property so I'm not there.
