National Construction Company is looking to hire 14 crews in the Houston, TX market. We are looking for crews who have a vast knowledge of construction. The crews must have a minimum of 5 documented employees who work for the crew on a daily basis. The following items are a general description of what is expected for repairs on homes: * Interior Drywall Repairs (Small & Large) * Interior & Exterior Painting * Installation of new light fixtures where old light fixtures were located * Installation of new plumbing faucets, traps, shut off's and toilet replacement. * Installation of water heaters * Installation of trim for baseboards, doors, and moldings * Roof replacement to include vent boots and flashing * Ground maintenance such as cutting yard, edging, landscaping, and debris removal * Installation of countertops (Quartz) * Installation of flooring (Carpet & Vinyl VCT) The items listed are a generic list but to be expected along with additional repairs. Our company buys 100's of homes annually and hold them for rental properties for a unsaid amount of time. This is a very fast pace business but with no exclusion from quality that is expected. We have the highest rate of pay in this industry for more than 20 years. We are looking for the best applicants and you must be able to manage your crews in a time sensitive manner along with quality. Cleanliness and Professionalism is a must. We expect job sites to remain clean and orderly at all times! All crews must have General Liability Insurance along with Workers Comp or Workers Comp Exemption form. You. must also have a registered business license for your company in the State of Texas. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE ONE MISSING ITEM. Applicants must submit all documents at time of applying. We are a net 14 pay company and we do this in order to keep cash flow moving forward with our crews. In addition we are implementing a $750.00 bonus for all projects turned in on time.
