Relocating my recording studio to Cincinnati. What I need: - A stand-alone house / small warehouse / accessory dwelling - Temperature controlled in some capacity. - Wood or laminate flooring. - 24/7 access. - The ability to be loud without annoying anyone. - Trustworthy cohabitants (if applicable) who value security. - Consideration regarding stairs and the fact that I'm bringing a piano. - Tall ceilings are a plus. - The fewer windows or glass doors the better. I'm willing to work out a sharing arrangement with other musicians. I'm willing to consider a land installment contract to buy your building. I'm willing to consider forming and investing in a closely-held musician's co-op. I'm willing to consider some kind of roommate or shared space situation. I'm willing to help you imagine what do to with that empty commercial building you bought or formerly occupied but now don't know what to do with it or can't seem to rent it out. I'm LGBT-friendly, pet-friendly, kink-friendly. Be yourself, it's cool. As long as you're responsible and not a junkie, we're good. My usage of the space would primarily be limited to about two nights a week and the occasional weekend. Ideal target date for this is late June.
