Found this dog on Rocky Butte wandering around by iteself with no tags. Thursday at 1pm. People said it had been there an hour or so already. Seemed happy and friendly. Left it as my dog didnt get along well. Posting this for info only. UPDATE 6:45pm - I was contacted by someone saying they have the dog in their yard and can be reached at .
