Solar Panel Delivery Team Members Wanted

Final Mile Solar is seeking a Rooftop delivery professional. The current ideal candidate we are seeking is one that is willing to travel to other markets we operate in, wants to grow into management, and is very detail oriented. Reliability is top priority. We provide rooftop delivery for solar installers, so you will need to be comfortable with heights, ladders, walking on rooftops, and working out of a 26ft box truck. You need a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and be ok with possible random drug testing due to the nature of our work. Work with 2-3 man crews. You must be able to lift up to 50 pound boxes and solar panels. Start time on average will be around 7:15am Monday through Friday and you have to be willing to work until all deliveries have been completed for the day. Number of deliveries vary each day. Occasional Saturday work may be required although we try to avoid it. Pay is $13-15 per hour plus a delivery commission of $15 per house. Our guys in Dallas average between $18-24 per hour. Final Mile Solar is based out of Salt Lake City, but we are a National, rapidly expanding company with locations also in Las Vegas, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Chicago, and South Carolina. Additional areas opening this year are Orlando and Colorado. Transfers to other cities are always possible if spots are open, and a willingness to relocate as we expand into new markets can lead to salary management positions.
