(South Ponte Vedra Beach) We are a small and growing vacation home rental company looking for a handyman. All general handyman type skills are needed. Starting part time, but full time could be possible over time. Retired, semi-retired is fine or looking to getting in on the ground floor of growing company and a career is also possible. You must have your own dependable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license. Applicant must have a clean appearance with good handyman skills (minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, yardwork, some outdoor cleaning) and "people skills". Computer skills are a huge plus and if you have your own laptop or tablet even better. The ability to follow directions and think for yourself when necessary is also important. We need the applicant to start ASAP. Starting pay will be a minimum of $16 per hour. If you have the proper skills your pay will also go up. We do not need your resume at this time. You will start as an independent contractor on an hourly basis and we can go from there.
