Responsibilities include cleaning, basic repairs, installation of door knobs and smoke detectors, etc. Also involving painting, moving items, repairing walls, counters, stairs, removing carpet, and other apartment maintenance needs. Also landscaping duties as needed. Must have good communication skills particularly when working with tenants. Previous experience in maintenance preferred. Long term position in the Ithaca area.
