We need a handyman for several jobs, and they will be on-going. We need someone reliable, professional, and willing to be paid per job. We provide materials as needed. Currently, we need a shed finished. It needs plywood cut and attached, roofing finished with venting attached, trim and a finished door. We need a front window to be re-trimmed and sealed. We may need other windows put in, and/or sliding doors installed or replaced. We need prep for painting, and possibly painting itself for fences, outbuildings and home. We would like to put in an RV site. That means cement, electrical, and access to septic. We will need ongoing work, with possibility for trenching, prep and finishing for an in-ground pool.
