On call laborer

I'm seeking a laborer that is a hard worker, takes direction well and able to lift up to 75 lbs (rarely). Duties will include mainly a helper for carpet cleaning. Will train and opportunity to become more long term. Most days will be half days but schedule varies, however guaranteed 4 hours minimum pay.
