Patriot Road is a hard-working Texas band that performs primarily on the weekends, all almost every weekend so it's a solid good-paying band. We don't work for free. We need a Steel guitar player for our gigs, but we also need a Rhy. Guitar player. The idea is to find one person that can do both and swap throughout the show. A utility player is what we use to call them in the old days LOL. Ok, so I'm the old guy in the band (53) but we are fronted by a 28-year-old badass singer and are a very tight, family-oriented band. We travel together and rehearse 1x a week in Hearne at our recording studio. The music is Texas originals, and then everything in-between for the covers from the old country to modern country, blues, rock, southern rock, etc. You know all the stuff needed for a solid 4-hour show. Must be reliable, make rehearsals and the band must be a priority in your life. We just dropped a new CD and the band is solid and touring. This is a paid position, we spilt the take evenly. We are looking for a new band member, not a hired gun. Must have pro gear and be ready to learn our music. Yes, we are writing a new CD now so you can have input and we welcome collaboration.
