Tiny Home Sanctuary: I have 3 acres of open field in Newport, NH on a river. All within walking distance to downtown bars, restaurants, and coffe shops. The location also offers well maintained rail trails for hiking. I am seeking guidance from the community to point me in the right direction to legally develop an off the grid Tiny Home Sanctuary. There are no amenities (electrical or sewage). NH laws are unclear about tiny home dwellings, but recently *2020* leniencies have been adopted. My goal: Offer a small parcel of leased land, enough for two chickens, one small garden, one Tiny Home and one vehicle. One large community garden. Any guidance is appreciated!
