Four Peaks Landscape Management is looking to hire a highly qualified landscape operations supervisor. If you are a highly motivated self-starter who is organized, has a strong work ethic, can lead a team, and has a willingness to learn you are an ideal candidate. This position requires experience in management of people and requires the ability to communicate with co-workers and clients. Must have a working knowledge of the landscape maintenance industry including proper horticultural management of trees, shrubs, turf, and irrigation. Having certifications in landscape management, a plus but not mandatory as we provide support and training for our managers. Duties include daily management of crew(s), scheduling of horticultural activities in the landscape, quality control of services, and computer skills including the use of excel, e-mail, and word.
