Warehouse Worker - Marion, OH Join Our Team Penske Logistics is looking for Warehouse Associates (Forklift Operators) to become part of our growing team in Marion, Ohio • Full-time position. We are looking for career minded employees. • $1,500 Sign-on Bonus! Paid in three increments: $500 after 31 days, $500 after 61 days, $500 after 91 days • $17.50 Base Rate with OT after 40 hours • Additional pay opportunities: $1.00 Shift Differential, Pick Incentives and Holiday Pay • Work schedule: - 2nd Shift 2:45pm -1:45am Mon - Fri with Saturdays as needed - 3rd Shift 10:45pm - 6:45am Sun - Thurs with Fridays as needed Why Penske is for You Penske values the well-being of our employees and their families. Description: Warehouse associates-order selectors are responsible for scanning, staging, sorting products, loading and unloading trailers in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions is required. At least 1 year of warehousing or material-handling (using hand/power tools and hand truck) equipment experience is required.
