$1,500 sign on bonus! Calling all Laborers, Flaggers, Outdoor Pest Control Technicians, Groundskeepers, Landscapers, Farmers, Construction Crewmen, and other outdoor workers! We are looking for extraordinary help for this summer on our roadways. What You'll Do All Day • Spray weed, grass, and brush control to various commercial and industrial sites • Clean and reshape ditches, erect street signs, landscaping activities, debris and litter control, and snow removal • Traffic control, flagging, and setting up work zones • Operate tractors, bush hogs, hydraulic equipment, and power tools • Assists with operations during emergencies such as natural disasters and inclement weather • Assist with daily routing, tank mixing, and calibration of spray equipment • Conduct truck inspections and perform system maintenance and minor repairs Work Days Look Like... • Most days are Monday - Friday (10-12) hour days • Travel is required for this role • This position is seasonal - the perfect summer job! • A *pay increase* is possible after obtaining Herbicide Applicators License. Requirements • 21+ years of age or older • Valid Driver's License • Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs. • Basic understanding of weed, grass, and brush types required • Knowledge of Pesticides/Herbicides used, what they control and safety requirements with use required • Experience in application methods and equipment preferred
