Re-homing a 1 year old orange cat

My fiance and I have found out that now is not a good time to raise a cat in our house. He is potty trained and has been using a Breeze litterbox so far. If he ends up in a house with another cat or two, he’ll be a great addition. Asking $50 as I want him to go to a good home since he is a really cuddly and nice cat. Now is just not the right time especially since my fiance is pregnant. I will also provide his litter box and some other cat items we’ve already bought. He has been neutered and microchipped at C-Snip, so I will give you his microchip paperwork as I have yet to register him on 911PetChip. Please let me know if you have any questions.
