Tow Truck Drivers – Roadside Technicians Full-time-Blythe, California We are looking for dedicated and passionate Towing Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver and Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles to transport vehicles as well as provide roadside support like jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries for stranded motorists. The Person: We seek honest, hardworking, and capable the persons. Entry level positions do not require experience as we will train the right individual. We are a drug free company. You must have a clean driving and criminal record. Salary: Based on experience and ability. Essential Job Duties: * Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents. * Loads Vehicles properly and safely * Completes proper paperwork (almost all is on phone App) * Works carefully in such a manner as to prevent injury to oneself or damage to vehicles * Complies with established Company policies and procedures. * Ensures accuracy, timeliness, quality, courtesy, and operational efficiency in tasks and duties Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 year of experience driving. Does NOT require special license classification. Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Must be able to drive a company vehicle(s) and perform necessary physical requirements for the position. Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret road maps and utilize in house systems. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written Pass initial drug and substance tests as well as random tests and screenings. Zero controlled drug use permitted. Professional appearance and attitude required. Must love customer service. Previous towing experience a big plus Knowledge of cars and trucks a big plus The job requires sitting for relatively long periods of time while driving as well as time spent hooking up and servicing motorists’ vehicles. This position requires frequent bending, climbing, and moving when not actually driving from point to point.
