1-year-old male Maltese mix. He is not neutered. Healthy dog with some food sensitivities. *Have medical records from the woman I adopted him from. He is very good with other dogs, especially small dogs, does not attempt to dominate and, instead, “gets on their level”. Also good with cats. I’ve had him since about January 2021 and have struggled with some behavioral issues, which I unfortunately don’t have the time to correct. He is usually very sweet but is struggling with limits and boundaries, like getting of the yard (my yard is easy to escape), and struggles with “no”, sometimes passively snapping at me out of frustration. When he gets out of the yard and I go to collect him, he sometimes does turn up the aggressive growl and will try to bite, never too hard, mostly warning bites, but has broken skin. I’m hoping to find a serious owner that is comfortable taking this medium-sized-spunky guy on. I would say 8/10 he’s a really good dog. I gave him my best shot for the past 5-months and it just didn’t end up being a good fit. Re-homing fee applies. *threefifty.
