Maintenance Hands... Maintenance Technician / Renovation Maintenance Carpenter / Contractor / Handyman Looking to hire both a long term technician employee with benefits directly with our company and also a contractor (or subcontracting group) for building renovations to work exclusively at that site (from demo to completion). It is time to expand our staff with new additions to our portfolio. The position is within a commercial and residential management company serving the greater Cleveland area. We always look to promote within, and as we expand continuously nearly double every year to date. A fully A+ accredited company with the BBB. COMPANY STAFF EMPLOYEE Requirements: - Basic hand tools (specific job materials and advanced equipment provided) - Personal Transportation (almost all are under 10 minutes) & license - At least 2-3 years of painting, patching, sanding, and demolition experience at some level. Additional maintenance experience preferred but not required - Must be able to lift at least 50lbs - Team player - Technical skills preferred such as iPad, Smartphones, E-mail, etc. - No felony convictions. Must be able to pass a background and random drug screenings COMPANY STAFF EMPLOYEE Benefits: - Looking for 40 hours per week (OT for extra hours beyond) - Weekly pay (Friday’s) - Paid vacation days after 6 months - Sick days after 6 months - Paid holidays after 6 months - Yearly performance evaluations (or sooner if quality warrants) - Immediate growth potential EMAIL WITH RESUME!
