Carlson Utility is an underground utility contractor specializing in water distribution, storm, and sanitary sewer systems. Our company started in September 2006 and we have an excellent reputation for hard work and producing a great product. We are looking for some energetic people that do not mind getting their hands dirty, have a satisfaction in achieving goals, have a sense of pride in their work, and are drug free. Starting pay is $15/hr. for inexperienced people and goes up from there based on knowledge or skill level. Other benefits include 7 paid holidays after one year of continuous employment. Partial or full health insurance reimbursement may also be available based on length of employment and work evaluation.
