Ø Certified Maintenance Technicians Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities: · Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner as a Maintenance Technician. · A/C, EPA or HVAC certification Ø Maintenance Supervisor Ø Leasing Consultants Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities include: Demonstrate apartment homes & community to prospective residents Greet prospective residents Provide customer service to current residents Ø Assistant Managers Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities include: Understand the Apartment Association lease and contracted credit report application.
