Well established Florida barn construction company looking for an experienced carpentry crew to site build custom horse barns, pole barns and storage buildings throughout the state of Florida. We have steady work available year round for our traveling subcontractor crews. Must be a competent framer with a finish trim carpenter's mentality to the details and also be able to install metal roofing and Hardie-Board siding products. Concrete work experience is a plus, but not required. Pay is based upon percentage of the job contract amount. ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (NO EXCEPTIONS) your own vehicle, tools, equipment and your own workman's comp. insurance (or workman's comp. exemption certificate) and adequate liability insurance as this is a Subcontractor position.
