Job Description: This position is responsible for working with a team for the fabrication and installation of cabinet and closet production. The position will work in the shop and also out in the field doing residential work installing custom cabinets and closets. Willing to train right person. Primary Responsibilities: Ensures cabinets/closets have been built and installed to print Ability to take direction and work independently once trained Get along with others and work as part of a team Prefer someone with fork lift experience Ability to assist in other areas of the department, as directed Ability to clean area at the end of the shift All other duties as assigned Requirements • Good attendance • Initiative and willingness to learn • Ability to do basic math • Ability to read a tape measure • Ability to read blue prints • Organization skills • Strong work ethic • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Dependable; Flexible • Ability to follow directions • Team player GOOD DRIVING RECORD Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Able to work on feet for extended periods of time • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead on a regular basis throughout the workday This position will also support sourcing, setup, and training on manufacturing equipment. Must be computer literate. Must possess good written and verbal skills.
