Benefits Include: Full Time - 12 Month Employment Opportunity to earn $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 annually Health Insurance Vacation (Paid Time Off) Major Holidays off with pay Retirement Savings Plan (401K) All Training provided Reports to the Operations Department / Works approximately 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday with some seasonal Saturday work required) / Independent Route Manager Duties and Responsibilities Include: Delivers high quality lawn care services to residential and commercial customers. To include services like: Fertilization, Weed Control and other beneficial lawn related services Provides lawn analysis and quotes to potential customers Gives recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn Completes all paperwork properly and in a timely manner Provides exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers Maintains the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment Maintains a professional personal appearance Qualifications: High school diploma (college preferred but not required) A minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or general labor experience Previous experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping or Pest Control (preferred but not required) Able to lift and carry 50 pounds Valid driver’s licence Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
