Full-time Experienced Maintenance Technician for Residential Properties. · Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner · Pick up trash if seen on grounds · Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants · Must pass background check · Must have your own basic tools · Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas: · Painting · Electrical a must · Plumbing a must · Minor Carpentry · Other building maintenance items as needed Experience and Compensation Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, compensation is based on your experience.
