We are a rapidly growing company in the Santa Ana/Irvine area producing medical device testing models. Our company is employee centered, with an innovative dynamic environment, offering room for advancement. We are currently hiring for the first shift (4:30 am - 1:00 pm) and second shift (12:30 pm - 9:00 pm). When applying, please specify which shift you are interested in. Required: Must be able to build with precision using various materials (e.g. prior experience in building model cars, planes, etc.) Familiar with various chemicals, using basic measuring and math skills Requires shop experience, using various hand and power tools Organized, steady hand with an exceptional eye for detail Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills Takes initiative as well as follows direction Is self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, with frequent change Works well in a team setting or alone Reliable transportation and attendance a must Desired: CNC operation experience ideal Injection molding experience ideal Physical Demands: Assembler must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more Able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel reach, twist, lift, push, pull climb, balance or sit continuously to perform job functions Able to pass respiratory function testing and wear respiratory masks for specific tasks as needed Critical Competencies: Critical thinker Persistent Required Education: High Diploma or GED Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 9 paid holidays Vacation and Sick hours 401K plan RECRUITERS, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THIS JOB POSTER
