Labor-Concrete-Class B License

I have a member of our team that is leaving for some months, and we need to have someone else fill this position. We are looking for a driver that has a Class B license to drive a roll-off truck to the job. We use it for patio work to load dirt/grass in for example. But the driving is not the real focus- the concrete labor is. We are not looking for just a driver that is going to sit in the truck all day waiting to take it back. We need a laborer that happens to have a Class B license. Or is willing to get one. I sponsored our present driver for his license and would do it again for the right person.
