POSITION DESCRIPTION: Shipyard Tank Cleaner Job Summary: UES provides fluid handling & tank cleaning services for Tugs, Barges and Ships in the Port of Tampa. This employment opportunity is for tank cleaning laborers. We are looking for hard-working individuals that have a good attitude and the ability to follow company policies & procedures. Shipyard and / or tank cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. Opportunities for advancement & overtime for motivated individuals.  Requirements • Must be able to follow directions. • Must have a reliable source of transportation. • Able to work overtime and be able to work flexible hours, days, nights • Good work ethic. Must be able to work both alone unsupervised and as part of a team as needed. • Must be able to obtain a TWIC card. (Please visit: • Must live within 30 miles of zip code of 33605 • Must be self-motivated and have a great attitude!  Physical demands • Must be able to safely lift 80 pounds • Must be able to stand, walk, bend and squat for extended periods of time • Must be able to safely work in al weather conditions. (Rain, extreme heat, etc.). • Must be agile (will require moving through tight spaces in ships interior) • Must be able to work wearing proper wear PPE (Personal protective Equipment) in confined spaces with limited visibility.
