Fireplace Tile Demo & Installation

Hello, Total square feet of the job is 40sf. I'm looking to simply demo the tile that goes around my fireplace and then replace it with material that i will supply. You will need to supply all materials to ensure a successful demo and installation (demo is obvious but you need to supply the installation materials like tile spacers, thinset, tools you need, etc..). Please let me know what your rates are and what your experience is. I want this to be a top notch job so if you are an amateur or "learning" then please don't apply as we will have issues as you won't be able to make it look good and i'll not be happy with it. If you can do a 40sf tile job around the fireplace then please let me know.
