Looking to hire a Train engineer. We are a mini-theme park located in Long Beach. We are currently looking to train a driver for our 18 gauge train. This train carries our guest through a 1 1/2 mile ride. No experience needed other than you must be over the age of 18 and have had a valid drivers license for at least a couple of years with plenty of behind the wheel of a car experience. When operating an amusement ride the state requires certification for that specific ride. We will train and certify you as well, with pay included. Must have some mechanical understanding of engines and basic maintenance and repairs. As a train engineer you will greet our guest at the train station, take their tickets, load them up and take them on a ride. You will also be responsible for opening preparation task. We are looking for somebody who is outgoing, friendly and hopefully a train lover. You must available to work weekends since we are mainly open on the weekends. Please contact us for further details.
