Description
Duties include maintaining personal and business calendar, handling mail and email correspondences, assisting with organizing charity and social functions and performing some household management functions such as scheduling repairs and maintenance and communicating with household employees. Will also drive employer to appointments and functions in employer's vehicle - experience with driving large, luxury vehicles is a plus. Schedule will be approximately 3 days a week plus remote work from home.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills, be discrete, computer savvy and experienced with both Apple and PC products.
Must be open to a flexible part-time schedule, changing responsibilities and have access to your own PC, printer and Internet. Must also be willing to work in Beverly Hills, if needed, once a week (mileage will be compensated).
Must pass background check, have valid driver’s license and excellent work references.
