Adara Communities is looking for a hard working, dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Arella Forest at Woodland property in Conroe, TX. As the Maintenance Technician you will be accountable for delivering on commitments to our residents, including quality move-ins, expedited service and resident satisfaction. You are responsible for the physical condition of the rental units prior to occupancy and for the general upkeep of the property interiors, exteriors and common areas of all buildings. You will be required to handle emergency calls, as necessary and provide support and rotate emergency calls with the Lead Maintenance Supervisor, when applicable. You will follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follow up with residents after repairs are complete. You are responsible for completing tasks that ensure the community meets all safety standards and site appearance standards​.
