Seeking a trustworthy, confident, and experienced housekeeper for Multiple Properties on Greenwood Lake! Greenwood Lake, NY 10925 $22.00/hour on the books (do not respond unless you understand this please) We seek an experienced housekeeper for multiple properties, with the primary focus being our main residence on Greenwood Lake. In addition to the main house, we own other properties on the lake and rent to Airbnb, which requires cleaning approximately once or twice a week to turn the house between guests. A perfect fit would be someone with the ability to start immediately and potentially grow with a team as we acquire new rental properties. Responsibilities: Perform basic upkeep and household cleaning for an approximately 3,500 square foot main house including, but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, loading and unloading dishwasher, occasional organizational projects, etc. Perform household laundry duties for both main house and rental properties Working at the main house a few hours per day, and flipping two rental properties between guests on average once or twice per week, as per current Covid-19 cleaning standards Grow with business as we grow with additional rental properties, add additional team members as our rental property business grows Requirements: Ability to manage your time efficiently Works well unsupervised Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Perform basic maintenance and cleaning Perform household laundry duties Hard worker with attention to detail Must be comfortable working around dogs (two small and one large, very friendly) Works quickly without compromising quality
