SUMMARY OF WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION LABORER Manufacturing facility in Clifton, NJ is offering career opportunities to Manufacturing associates to work a technical facility. Looking for motivated and reliable production candidates to add to the Production Team. Will have the opportunity to be part of a fast pace and growing company. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for direct labor tasks. Full time production opportunities for Device Testers, Liquidation Associates, Data Clearing, and Kitters/Packers! Ideal candidates should have previous experience (at least 1 year) working in a production environment, comfortable with scanning product and light data entry, focused, responsible and eager to contribute to the success and growth of the company. REQUIREMENTS OF WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION LABORER/FORKLIFT OPERATOR: •Able to work specified schedule, 8am to 5pm and overtime on Saturdays as required, from 8am to 1pm. • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent (1) one year of production/warehouse/picking & packing • Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions • Attention to detail • Honest and reliable • Ability to work effectively in a team environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to: Walk or stand Repetitive use of hands/fingers/wrist to handle electronic devices Reach with hands or arms, stand, bend, crouch, lift Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. • Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. • Ability to follow instruction. • Must be able to Work, weekends, as well as over time when required. • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer. • Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES OF WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION LABORER: • Prior experience working in a production/warehouse environment a plus • Motivated and able to follow instructions. • Excellent integrity, good moral, strong character and takes initiative • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments.
