Immediate opening for an administrative/Personal assistant. We use MS Office and QuickBooks daily and are looking for someone who is computer literate and a quick learner..
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Basic data entry
• Document preparation and report production
• Entering accounts receivable information into QuickBooks (involves basic invoice creation) and tracking client payments
• Paying bills and entering accounts payable information into QuickBooks
• Limited purchasing (office supplies, etc.)
• Responding to emails and requests from clients and other team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a small team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and grow with our company
• A high level of personal integrity
