Re-homing 10 month old Goldendoodle

Rehoming my Goldendoodle as I can no longer take care of her. She is very sweet, playful and smart. She loves people and other dogs. Only issue is that her left eye developed an ulcer from being scratched by another dog when she was a baby. It is currently leaking and is red and swollen. She will have to be seen and treated by vet. I just want her to go to a good home where she can be cared for. Small re-homing fee to insure she will be taken care of and not used for breeding.
