Click here to apply: We are looking for passionate, team oriented, and hard-working people to join our Landscape Construction team. Minimum 2 years of hardscaping and planting experience. Must be able to obtain DOT medical card. Hydraulics license a plus. Must take pride in outdoor landscape work. Work sites are currently in Canton and Plymouth, MA. Job Summary Under the direction of the Division Manager and Landscape Project Manager perform a variety of professional installs/jobs including walkways, patios, retaining walls, plantings, site prep, and lawn installs. Responsibilities and Duties -Assist with proper setup and layout of materials and tools for projects - Assist in the construction of all facets of hardscape i.e. walls, walks, patios -Install trees/shrubs/flowers according to landscape plans -Operate various equipment including excavators, skidsteers, levels, saws, and a wide selection of hand tools -Operate dump trucks and other company vehicles with safety and cleanliness as #1 priority. Work Environment Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 75 pounds. Job Site Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions, hot and cold temperatures, moving equipment and vehicles and pedestrians. Hourly pay rate $16 - $25 per hour and is based on experience Working Relationships The team member works closely with the supervisor and other team members to ensure that the customer receives the highest possible level of service on each property visit.
