Looking for athletic reliable movers part-time, flexible days M-F

I am looking for very dependable movers with good endurance to occassionally help with moves. Must have at least one available day Monday to Friday. Must be able to work 12+ hours with no breaks except for lunch. Recommend gloves and plenty of water. Pay is cash, $15-20/hr depending on performance that day. Must be great at following directions. We move quickly but carefully. No smoking or cell phone use during the job, except on lunch or in-between locations. Lunch usually provided and tips always split equally and fairly. Do not respond if you are not 100% dependable or have issues with communication. Must have a cell phone, reliable transportation, and ability to navigate to an address without assistance. If you do well, have a positive attitude, and enjoy my systematic approach to moving, I will make you part of my regular crew. The jobs are mostly in the Charlotte area, though no areas are excluded. The clock starts when you get into my truck and stops when you get out, lunch and gas stops excluded.
