Rental turn sub crews

Very busy contractor looking for sub crews that can perform single family home rental turns and rehabs. Carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, drywall repairs, painting, touch up painting, etc etc. Flooring, hvac, counterops are all performed by separate vendors. Will need a truck, van, suv, as well as tools of the trade. If you don't have the above, frankly, I have no idea how you would do the work. This is fast paced production type work, if you know what you're doing and hustle, this is good work. Perfect for 2 or 3 person crews. If you're capable of performing the landscaping/pressure washing thats more work for you. Otherwise I sub it out separately.
